Distilled in 2014, this single malt from Ben Nevis spent eight years maturing in a pair of second fill oloroso sherry butts. Those casks were opened by Signatory in 2023, independently bottling the whisky without added colour or chill filtration for the Un-Chilfiltered Collection.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Sweet, meaty malt, sultanas, and dense sherried fruit cushion hefty oak char and earthy notes of peppery peat smoke.

Palate Dark chocolate, burnt brown sugar, vanilla, and poached fruits, with robust layers of wood smoke and charred oak.

Finish Warming baking spice, zesty orange, lingering charred oak, and a touch of clove.
