This heavily peated single malt from Ben Nevis was distilled in 2019 and matured for five years in a host of refill oloroso sherry butts. The whisky was bottled at a robust 57.1% ABV for Signatory's independent 100 Proof Edition.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Balanced peat smoke and citrus, honeyed fruit, charred pineapple, earthy, herbaceous malt.

Palate Meaty smoke intertwines with candied nuts and stewed red fruits, biscuity malt and a touch of honey.

Finish Preserved lemons, flinty minerality, warming pepper, cocoa, and lingering sweet smoke.
