Single cask Ben Nevis, independently bottled by Signatory for the Cask Strength Collection. This whisky was aged in a sherry butt for 26 years - from July 1991 to November 2017 - and was bottled with an outturn of 599 bottles.
Porridge with blueberries and raspberries, a hint of meaty malt, sawdust.
Red chilli and milk chocolate mixed together. Tobacco and damp oak.
Lingering rancio and coffee bean notes.
