Ben Èideann Distillery Edition
Here we have a creamy Highland single malt from the Ben Èideann range! The Distillery Edition has been matured solely in American oak bourbon casks, bottled without an age statement at 40% ABV. What's more, this is actually a kosher single malt, and even has the Kosher certification Badatz Hechsher, which you don't see very often at all!
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Freshly baked banana bread and vanilla shortbread, with a touch of passion fruit jam.
Palate
Tinned pineapple sweetness with porridge sprinkled with brown sugar and a good glug of cream.
Finish
Peppery oak and honeyed spices linger.
