A grain-to-glass release from Belmont Farm's Kopper Kettle range, it's a Virginia straight bourbon! We don't know the exact mash bill (other than it boasts at least 51% corn, as all bourbon is legally required to), though we do know that it's a combination of corn, wheat, and barley. After distillation in a pot still, it's aged in charred oak barrels and bottled up at 46% ABV. A light, easy-sipping whiskey here.
Dry, spicy oak, with malty biscuit notes, buttery caramel, and grilled corn.
Butterscotch, toasted corn, and oaky sweetness, with a mineral undertone stopping things getting out of hand.
Milk chocolate and oak char.

Super smooth and very enjoyable
Some good notes here but still a distinct taste of raw pot still spirit. This needs at least another two years in cask, if they do that they will have a winner.
Definite notes of nail polish remover. One for fans of Gentleman Jack. I know some people like that, but it's Not for me.
