Sherry
A rare solo outing from Balmenach, matured for nine years in first-fill oloroso sherry butts and bottled without chill-filtration or added colour. At 100 Proof (57.1%), this is full-bodied Speyside muscle in a sherry-soaked gym vest.
Treacle tart, warm raisins, polished wood, and cocoa dust. Some leathery depth and dried cranberries lift it beyond its years.
Rum-soaked sultanas, molasses, dark chocolate, and toasted hazelnuts. A thread of peppery heat runs through.
Clove, bitter orange, and the comforting grip of seasoned oak.

Sherrybomb. One of the best Balmenachs I have ever had the pleasure to enjoy. Speyside at its best. Incredible value for money. Well done Signatory.
