From Signatory's Cask Strength Collection comes a 25 year old Balmenach single malt Scotch whisky, matured in a single hogshead. It was distilled in October 1988 and bottled in August 2014 with an outturn of 245 bottles. You don't see much Balmenach single malt, though thankfully for whisky lovers everywhere it does get released by indie bottlers every once in a while...
