A wine cask-matured indie Balmenach here — what a thing to behold! It was distilled in 2007 and aged for 12 years in said cask, before Langside bottled it up for its Hepburn's Choice series. A limited 379 bottles were released at 46% ABV.
Nutty biscuits, a touch of lychee, and apricot.
Oaky vanilla alongside summer berries and a smidge of almond.
A bright, citrusy finish.
