Sherry
Distilled at Speyside's Balmenach in 2013, this single malt was transferred to a Pedro Ximénez sherry cask in 2020 to finish its 10-year maturation. The cask was cracked open by independent bottler Cadenhead's in 2023, releasing 276 cask-strength bottles.
Sticky-sweet dates, floral vanilla, and dark chocolate studded with dried berries.
Rich layers of cocoa, sherried fruit, and honeyed figs, with hints of cough drops in tow.
Nutty malt, oaken vanilla, and bittersweet chocolate.
