Unfortunately, we can't ship Balblair 8 Year Old 2010 (cask 13459) - Provenance (Douglas Laing) to the United States at the moment, but we've got some friends who can.
This indie single cask Balbalir was distilled in the Highlands in September 2010, and left in a refill hogshead. After eight years, in August 2019, Douglas Laing cracked open the cask and bottled the single malt, with an outturn of 390 bottles for the Provenance series.
Nose: Green oak, orange ice cream and grist, with some oak spice coming through.
Palate: Spiced apple and rhubarb crumble, followed by chai latte and orange starburst.
Finish: Porridge with a good helping of cream and brown sugar.
