A 10 year old Balblair single malt Scotch whisky, bottled for Gordon and MacPhail's Distillery labels series. It matured in American oak hogsheads.
Big notes of grassy fields in the spring. A subtle sugary sweetness and ripe pear follows.
Marshmallows! Soft and very sweet. This is balanced with a spiced heat and a squeeze of citrus.
A long, light finish.
Bold and exciting, a properly yummy single malt.
