From the Bakery Hill distillery in Victoria, Australia, comes a peated single malt whisky, which balances the earthy, smoky notes well with touches of stewed fruits, dark berries and a good helping of oak spice. The distillery was founded back in 1998, and their first single malt whisky was released in 2003.
