A release of just 238 bottles of this extraordinary single cask Aultmore. This was distilled in May of 1982 and aged for 30 years in a refill hogshead before bottling in May 2012 for the Old Malt Cask range from Douglas Laing.
Spiced and sweet, notes of Baked Alaska, sticky toffee pudding, gingernuts, hints of molasses and rum spice.
Caramel and figs, a touch of cocoa butter, café latter and butterscotch.
A long, spiced, chocolate-driven finish.
