Bourbon
This single malt from Aultmore was distilled in March 2009 and allowed to rest in a pair of bourbon barrels for 12 years. Finally, in June 2021, the casks were cracked open and the whisky was ready to be bottled by the fabulous indie folks at Signatory.
Soft nectarine and peach with milk chocolate salted nuts, and touch of lemon zest.
Oily citrus peel, juicy stone fruits, and wafts of honey mingle with floral hay and buttered popcorn.
Toasted oak spice increases with creamy vanilla and grassy barley.
