A 12 year old Aultmore single malt, matured in a sherry butt from 2006 until its bottling in 2018 by Signatory Vintage. Only 620 bottles of this Speysider were released, and this special liquid was bottled for Whisky Live Paris 2018.
Oodles of tropical fruits, lemon and orange citrus and a touch of rich coffee.
Complex with malty notes, kitchen spices, sweet dried fruits, most notably apricot, and aromatic laurel.
A lengthy finish with notes of star anise, beeswax and toasted nuts.
