Unfortunately, we can't ship Aultmore 11 Year Old 2009 (casks 303223 & 303227) - Signatory to the United States at the moment, but we've got some friends who can.
Independently bottled single malt from the Aultmore Distillery, aged in a pair of first-fill bourbon barrels for 11 years – from March 2009 to February 2021. After that slumber, those two casks were cracked open and the whisky was bottled up by the ever-wonderful Signatory.
Nose: Salted peanuts, milk chocolate, apricot, buttered bread.
Palate: More apricots, now with some nectarine juiciness. Robustly malty.
Finish: A hint of white pepper lasts, bringing heat to the finish.
