What you see before you is an Auchroisk single malt Scotch whisky (points for anyone who can pronounce that right the first time without looking it up...) bottled for The First Editions range by Hunter Laing. The 2007 vintage expression was aged in a single virgin American oak barrel (cask #20605) for 16 years before it was bottled without chill-filtration or additional colouring at 54.1% ABV.
Maple syrup, oaky vanilla, ginger, and strawberry laces.
Caramel-filled milk chocolate, dried cherries, cinnamon, and stone fruit.
