We're always eager to get our hands on more Auchroisk for you lovely lot - so here's another smashing bottling from Douglas Laing's Old Particular range, featuring 15 year old Auchroisk single malt! It was distilled in December 2001 and aged in a single cask until November 2017, when it was bottled with an outturn of 271 bottles.
Flaky pastry with caramelised brown sugar. A hint of mature oak gives it some richness.
Golden syrup, roasted apricot, vanilla ice cream and a touch of quince jam.
Very lightly smoky on the finish.
