Auchroisk single malt here, which underwent a finish in a first fill Saint-Estèphe barrique after 14 years of maturation. It brings a slightly darker, more structured edge to its naturally full-bodied Speyside style. Bottled at 50.5% ABV with 343 bottles in total, this is a cask finish that adds fruit and weight, but the distillery character still holds the reins.
