Distilled at the awesome Auchroisk in September 2008, this single malt Scotch spent the next dozen years maturing in a pair of hogshead casks. In July 2021, the casks were opened up by indie bottler Sinatory, who bottled up this splendid Speysider for all to enjoy.
Caramel nuts, roasty barley, and rich honey sweetness with wafts of baking spices.
Sugared cinnamon buns, candied orange, and spiced fruit with ginger biscuits following herbal spice.
The ginger intensifies with a satisfying prickle, still biscuity sweet with spiced apple lingering.
