From Douglas Laing's Single Minded series comes a single cask single malt (y'see why they use that range name?) from the Auchroisk Distillery! This one was matured in a refill hogshead for 10 years, before eventually being bottled up at 43% ABV. Plenty of familiar honeyed Speysider notes to enjoy here, folks.
Seville orange marmalade, buttery malt, a smidge of sultana.
Shortbread and oat cakes, with more sweet citrus and well-rounded barley notes.
Crunchy red apples, honey, cinnamon, black pepper.
