Unfortunately, we can't ship Auchriosk 13 Year Old 2006 - North Star Spirits to the United States at the moment, but we've got some friends who can.
An indie bottling of single malt produced at the Auchroisk Distillery, bottled by the wonderful North Star Spirits. This one was aged for 13 years in a single Oloroso sherry hogshead, from 2006 to 2019, before being bottled at cask strength with an outturn of 280 bottles.
Nose: Christmas cake, dried peels, chocolate shavings and a touch of charcoal.
Palate: Raisins, prunes, a touch of dried cherry too. More than enough vanilla-rich malt to back it up.
Finish: Vanilla once again, now with sponge cake and jam tarts.
