Ardnamuchan 5 Year Old 2015 - North Star Spirits 70cl Whisky

Indie bottlings from new distilleries are always rather intriguing, and North Star Spirits has managed to get its hands on some fab single malt from Ardnamuchan (and frankly, most of the releases from the distillery itself have been incredibly exciting too, so this is a double whammy of awesomeness). This expression was distilled back in 2015, and matured for 5 years in a first-fill barrel until 2021, when it was bottled up at 52.5% ABV with an outturn of 247 bottles.
