A bottle of Ardmore single malt, which has had a pretty intriguing maturation. After distillation in 2009, the whisky spent the next eight years in a pair of barrels which had previously held both bourbon and Islay whisky, imparting a rather unique flavour profile. In August 2018 Signatory bottled the Highlander at 46% for the Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
