Description

Indie Ardmore aged in a single bourbon barrel and bottled by Signatory for the Cask Strength Collection. It was distilled in June 2008 and bottled in August 2016, then released as part of La Maison du Whisky's 60th Anniversary celebration series. 240 bottles were produced.

Nose

Light oak, tobacco leaf, sharp green apples.

Palate

Melon, peaty embers, oily walnut.

Finish

Anise, cardamom, toffee pennies and a hint of lemon zest.
