Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Enjoyably smoky, with a hint of dried apricot sweetness in the background.

Palate: Brown sugar, seaweed, charred oak and waves of smoke.

Finish: Damp oak and dried fruit, and cooking spice warmth.
