Distilled at Ardmore in 2011, this single malt spent the next 14 years maturing in a host of second-fill oloroso sherry butts. It was independently bottled by Signatory at a hearty 57.1% ABV for the 62nd instalment in its 100 Proof Editions, without added colour or chill filtration.
