A single cask bottling of Ardmore single malt Scotch whisky, bottled up by Douglas Laing for a special Father's Day release in the Premier Barrel range. This whisky was given 12 years of maturation in one cask, before being handsomely bottled up at 46% ABV, with 284 of these snazzy decanters produced. Will definitely make a great Father's Day pressie!
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Softly smoky with touches of earthy peat sneaking out behind vanilla and biscuit dough.
Palate
Maple syrup, cinnamon sticks leading into toasty cereals, and layers of dry smoke.
Finish
Crunchy brown sugar and peanut brittle.
