From Signatory's Un-Chillfiltered Collection (a collection of whiskies bottled without chill-filtration, like what the name suggests) comes a 10 year old single malt distilled by Ardmore back in 2009. It was matured in a pair of bourbon barrels from Islay, and independently bottled up in 2020 at 46% ABV.
Roasted almonds and vegetal smoke, balanced by vanilla wafers and fresh lemon.
Still nutty and smoky, though a whisper of floral sweetness and cumin powder sneaks in underneath.
Oily barley and cedar.
