This single malt from Annandale spent eight years maturing. The peated Lowland whisky was drawn from an oloroso sherry butt and independently bottled up by Brave New Spirits for its Whiskyheroes series, releasing a total of 676 bottles.
Grilled peaches, Frazzles, dried herbs, charred oak.
Soft fruit cushions chilli chocolate, with meaty malt and rich peat smoke in tow.
Warming notes of pepper linger alongside smoked meat and oak.
