Seven-year-old single malt from the Lowland-based Annandale distillery! After distillation in 2015, this expression was filled into an oloroso sherry butt to mature, and independently bottled by North Star Spirits. A total of 458 bottles join its Cask Series 21.
Burnt brown sugar, poached plums, and sweet, fruit-studded Madeira cake.
Buttery notes of cinnamon swirl, spicy root ginger, and peppery malt, with sticky dried fruit in the depths.
Warming spices linger, with a sprinkle of nutmeg supported by dense toffee.
