An aromatic Allt-á-Bhainne here, independently bottled by Wemyss Malts. This was distilled in 1993 and set aside to mature in a single hogshead until 2016, when it was bottled with an outturn of 228 bottles.
Honey'd cereal, vegetal oak leading into black tea and eucalyptus.
Soft orchard fruit and fizzy orange. A hint of drying spices develop.
White chocolate and fresh barley.


Excellent stuff and the Master of Malt tasting notes are absolutely spot on.
