Sherry
This Scotch whisky was distilled at the Allt-á-Bhainne distillery on 26 July 2000 before spending an initial maturation in hogshead casks followed by a 22-month finish in a first-fill sherry butt. It was bottled up on 28 November 2022 with an outturn of 689 bottles by Signatory for its Cask Strength Collection.
Dark chocolate, dried fruit, digestive biscuit, and cinnamon.
Walnuts, raspberry, coffee, and vanilla.
Long and rich.
