Distilled in March 1993, this Allt-á-Bhainne was bottled by Douglas Laing in December 2015. Matured in a single refill hogshead, 295 bottles were produced.
Nice cereal character, some vegetal notes too, inviting.
Into rolled oats, spicy, flowery porridge with brown sugar.
Clean oak and some darker spices.
We'd certainly try this Allt-á-Bhainne again.
