    Single Malt

    Allt-á-Bhainne 21 Year Old 2000 (cask 6) - Cask Strength Collection (Signatory)

Superb single malt from Allt-á-Bhainne, bottled up from a single cask by Signatory for the Cask Strength Collection. Distilled in July 2000, this expression spent 21 years maturing, including a twelve-month finishing period in a sherry cask. Finally, in August 2021, the whisky was bottled up at a cask strength of 52.4% ABV, with a total of 703 bottles released.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

    Nose

Boozy fruits with soaked raisins, cherries, and sultanas. Wafts of cacao balance sweet, biscuity malt.

    Palate

Dark fruit jam, berries, and cherry chocolate alongside tangy notes of orange peel with a slow build of warming baking spice.

    Finish

Rich, creamy barley and bold dried fruits. A touch of peppery oak rests beside sweet, aromatic spice with earthy hints of roasted coffee beneath.
