A Hunter Laing bottling of Allt-á-Bhainne, matured in a single refill hogshead for 18 years - from November 1995 to October 2014. A very small outturn of 138 bottles were produced as part of the Old Malt Cask range.
Honey'd and rich, with just a whisper of sharp citrus underneath. Polished oak and wet grass, too.
Creamy vanilla develops into white chocolate and crumbly fudge. Some crisp fruit notes appear later on.
Butterscotch, almond and white oak spiciness.
