Released in 2022, Daikan is part of Akkeshi’s 24 Solar Terms series and is a world blend of malt and grain whiskies from Japan and abroad. Matured in a diverse mix of casks including Quercus serrata (Japanese oak), sherry, bourbon, and wine barrels, it is bottled at 48% ABV and showcases the distillery’s layered, seasonal-inspired style.
