Description
A Spanish single malt whisky here from Airem. Made with water from the Sierra Nevada, Airem Blue Edition is a limited release, aged in Pedro Ximénez barrels for plenty of woody spices, nuttiness, and rich, dried fruits. Delicious!

Nose
Spiced fruitcake, toasted hazelnuts, and sweet, sherry character.
Palate
Silky PX sweetness, with plenty of raisins, cinnamon, warm oak, and more toasted nuts.
Finish
Long and lingering, with warms spices, and dried apricot.
