Eschewing their familiar Sherry casks, Aberlour has matured this Speyside single malt in American white oak bourbon casks as part of its White Oak release. The whisky itself was distilled in 2007 and bottled at 40% ABV in 2017. Intriguing to see a different side of Aberlour.
