The Loch Measc Distillery in County Mayo on the sublime west coast of Ireland has created a very interesting vodka here, spelled with the traditional Irish spelling. A grain-based spirit made from the water of Loch Measc (hence the name) and triple distilled in copper pot stills, this is a full-bodied vodka of personality.
