This vodka from Finland's Koskenkorva was made with sustainability in mind, having been made entirely with regeneratively farmed barley. Regenerative farming removes CO2 from the atmosphere and stores it in the ground. The Setälä-Eerola’s farm in Southern Finland produces the barley for Koskenkorva, though the distillery plans to offer regenerative farming training for all its contract farmers by 2025 to continue fighting climate change.
