An oak aged vodka from the Bimber Distillery in London. These are aged in bourbon barrels and infused very slightly with a select botanical before being bottled at 42% ABV.
Lovely notes of cinnamon and clove with faint hints of the hearth.
Medium sweet entry. Mouth filling with quality fresh oak and some of the spice following through.
Pretty long. Oak dominated with notes of pear drops and rhubarb at the end.

Really impressed with this. Bought as a cheaper alternative to some oak vodkas I’ve tried and was pleasantly surprised. Just as easy to drink over ice as it is with a (proper glass bottle) of coco cola.OOS as I write this but I’ll wait for the next delivery ?
