Vreimuth Vintage Vermouth 2017
Check out this Austrian vermouth from the folks over at Vreimuth! It's made from Veltliner, Sauvignon and Traminer grapes, and is then infused with wormwood and a top secret array of local botanicals. What makes this tipple a little different is that hand-picked Williams pears are mashed, fermented and distilled, and this spirit is then added to the vermouth. A brilliant aperitif to drink simply as it is.
