Vermouth and balsamico might not sound like two things that go together, Tomaso Agnini is looking to change that idea with its Vermouth all'Aceto Balsamico di Modena! As you might expect from the name, it's made with Balsamico di Modena IGP, introducing a powerfully flavoursome note to the rich vermouth, and it works surprisingly well indeed.
Citrus, red berries, sea salt, ginger, white pepper, balsamic intensity.
