The likes of Kentish rhubarb, blood orange and citrus are joined by orange flowers and a selection of bitter and dry botanicals for a splendid bitter-sweet balance. Try this topped with tonic or soda, or the London Vermouth gang recommend it in a Spritz topped with equal parts Prosecco and ginger ale.
