A Spanish style vermouth from The Aperitivo! Co. in Bristol, with a delicate flavour profile of baked bread and floral meadows, alongside hints of savoury herbs and a smidge of fruit. Really impressive stuff with loads of character to it. Enjoy with soda water, ice, and a good wedge of citrus, or mix it up in a White Negroni.
