It's made using wine from Gloucestershire, alongside thyme and wormwood from Somerset, plus sweet oranges studded with cloves from Madagascar. The result is a full-flavoured, enjoyably spicy vermouth that we're sure will make some terrific cocktails...
Concentrated red berry flavours with notes of bitter dark chocolate and refreshing thyme. A hint of cinnamon hides in there, too.
