An impressive vermouth here from Sacred, featuring a distinctive hint of orange underneath drying, subtly floral elements. Suitable for using in a Vesper - in fact, Alessandro Palazzi of Dukes Bar uses this particular vermouth for exactly that!
Bright orchard fruit, fragrant rose and violet, a slow build of sweet orange, with a herbaceous dryness on the finish.

I've now tasted what I consider the main modern subs for Kina Lillet and this is the best option, imo. Lillet is too sweet. Cocchi Americano tastes too dissimilar. Kina l'Aero and this taste quite similar and bring a pleasant dryness. What sets the Sacred apart is the proof, which Sacred claim makes it shelf stable. Now, I still keep it in the fridge, but it does give peace of mind to know that I don't have to race through a bottle to stop it oxidizing. Worth the slight extra expense, for me.
I drink it on ice with an orange twist
