This is amazing - so rare to find a decent dry red vermouth and this ticks all the boxes. I don't have a sweet tooth at all - most vermouth rosso is too sweet which means negronis are hit and miss for me. Not with this bad boy - this is the real deal. Makes the BEST negronis but fantastic on its own. Your drinks cabinet needs it!
If you like Negroni's then this is just about as good as it gets. Hard to say how good this is!! Incredible in classics - manhattans etc but also incredible just on its own as an aperitif/ digestif

Drier than any red vermouth I've tried but manages to pack enough flavour to echo a mulled wine. Just beautiful straight up but also a wonderful, less sweet option in a Negroni. Really good stuff
Beautiful on ice or as a replacement to sweet vermouth in classics. Also delicious with Ginger Ale.
