OK. This a basic. The Volkswagen Golf of vermouth. Not more not less. I am into cocktails and this one doesn't have a bad taste in a Negroni or a Manhattan but also doesn't lift the drink to new heights. If you use high quality spirits in your cocktails, you should NOT use this one and just spend a few $ more. There are plenty of options. From the light Dolin Rouge to the dominant Carpano Antica. My favorite is Carpano Classico. Perfect balance. You will taste the difference.

Whats not to like here. Martini and lemonade with fruit in the top and lots of ice by the jug full through the summer. Knocks Pims and lemonade into a cocked hat. There isn't a summer drink I would rather have.Jane GardnerNorth Yorkshire
